And welcome to our new Members and new Executive Members!
The coming year will see some welcome and refreshing changes to the CVCC. Look for the new faces of leadership, anticipate more interactive photo sessions, expect informative educational presentations, welcome guest speakers, enjoy local and out-of-town field trips, and meet other like-minded photographers who, like you, are passionate for the art and technology of digital photography, photo editing and more.
There is also a large social component to our Club, so look forward to meeting your club-mates during meeting breaks, discussing cameras over a coffee during a hanging session at Rhodos, or debating the advantages of your camera in the course of lunch on a field trip. We also hold 2 social events each year – one in the summer and one for the holiday season in December. These are well attended, fun events that bring our members closer to one another.
Our growing membership provides a large diversity in camera preferences, photographic styles, editing and sharing software and background expertise. We are comprised of a host of interesting individuals who bring many life skills to the Club, and share those skills with us – how great is that?
